Refund Policy

1. Payments for Services

All appointment fees are due at the time of service.
Because psychiatric and therapeutic services involve the provider’s time and professional expertise, payments for completed sessions are non-refundable.

2. Cancellations and No-Shows

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

Cancellations with more than 48 hours’ notice will not incur a fee.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment, will result in the full session fee being charged.

Cancellation and no-show fees may be waived in cases of unavoidable emergencies.
Waivers are considered on a case-by-case basis and may require documentation to verify the circumstances.

3. Refunds for Billing Errors

If an incorrect or duplicate charge occurs due to a billing error, a refund or adjustment will be issued promptly once the error is verified.

4. Refunds for Services Not Provided

If a payment is processed for an appointment that is later canceled by the clinician, the fee will be refunded or credited toward a future session.
